As an Artist and ICF Certified Wayfinder Life Coach, my passion is using Creativity as a tool for self transformation. Over a decade of experience as a professional Character Designer at animation studios like Warner Brothers, Fox and Rick and Morty has taught me ALL ABOUT the mental blocks that come with life transitions and creative pursuits (Imposter Syndrome anyone?)
After losing my dad in 2015, I was diagnosed with anxiety and bipolar, embarking on a holistic healing journey to learn how to manage grief and emotional extremes. I'm committed to combining the medicine learned from shamans, healers, scientists and artists from all walks of life with my love of cartoons, multimedia storytelling, nature and psychology to make mental and emotional health fun, practical and accessible!
I provide a unique blend of creative self-exploration tools for befriending the different parts of you -- thoughts, emotions, "flaws" and all -- to accept the beauty of your whole self and focus on your natural strengths.
